Product design for pultrusion
We have considerable experience in working with our clients to develop
the optimum design for their pultruded profiles. We work with our
clients to fully understand their needs. These vary from shape/size
limitations, mechanical and physical requirements, through to chemical
resistance and fire performance.
All designs take into account the economics of the pultrusion process,
including shape effects on processing reliability, optimising fibre
types/orientations, together with resin formulations.
Product specifications are developed based on the relevant
British/International Standards for the client and if required,
assistance is provided in selecting a suitable pultuder to manufacture
the profiles.
